Geo-FAQ 1. WTF? I don't know what this is! That's not a question, but we have an answer: Geo-Duck is a random-music adventure RPG. It's a 2d platformer that merges retro simplicity with musical function. The music is constantly remixed while you play, so you'll never hear the same game twice. 2. What is a geoduck? A mystic clam from northwest America. 3. How do I play? Think of it like Mario meets Parappa meets Diablo. Your objective is to discover the true meaning of Geo-Duck's existence. To do so, journey towards Nirvana at the top-right corner of the Universe.
The Universe is laid out as a 7x7 grid of levels (each has different music), and you start at the bottom left. Valuable treasures are scattered everywhere.
You'll come across toilets that are used to save the game. You can also purchase a Porta Potty that lets you save the game at anytime.
To stay alive and complete the mission, one must adventure to find new instruments (there are 16 in all) and use them to defeat enemies.
Use an instrument on beat to gain XP, and level up to gain new clothing. Each instrument has a set of 3 clothes that grant powerful abilities.
Make sure to follow instructions from the characters you come across, as they will give context clues and reward you for completing quests. 4. Who are you? Didn't you already know? Your Infamous Harp is the dope supreme. If you haven't yet heard, do. Sara Shivers (Ceratops) and Andy Domin (Kept Blue) are band-mates turned lovers (love-mates). They produce delicately destructive jungle/glitch-hop in the Renaissance tradition.
